Stun Guns

Technically known as electroshock weapons, stun guns generate high voltage at low current to incapacitate an attacker. The low current allows the shock to be non-fatal. The shock scrambles communication between the brain and nervous system leaving the assailant confused, disoriented and exhausted putting them down with enough time for you to flee.

 Stunguns are most effective when applied to the upper shoulder, just under the ribs, or upper hips of an attacker. Since many models are designed to be held by a closed fist this shock can be applied with a swift, well placed strike to the attacker’s torso and the hitting the switch for a few seconds to unleash anywhere from tens to hundreds of thousands of volts.
